FAQ
The short answers. Payment, delivery, and subscription changes are completed on Shopify.
How do the bag plans work?
Choose two, four, or six bags a day. That is about 60, 120, or 180 bags a month. The amount is about how many bags you use, not the size of the dog.
What is the annual plan?
The same three amounts, paid once for the year, with 15% savings and a free dispenser. Shopify confirms the amount at checkout.
What is in the walk kit?
The home roll dispenser, the leash-mounted holder, and bag rolls, packed together.
What are the bags made from?
Plant-based, certified compostable bag rolls. They are made to be leak-proof and extra-thick.
Can I pause a subscription?
Yes. Pause, change the amount, or update the address from your Shopify account.
